What Is Remote Support?
Remote support is where we log into your computer using our remote software.
For security purposes
we will ask you to provide us with a login username and password, this will be shown clearly after downloading and installing our software.
How do I install C-Sure's remote software?
You can download our remote support software from the bottom of this page.
If you use Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 please click on the Windows logo.
Once downloaded please double click on the C-Sure's Remote Support icon and install. Once installed you will be provided with a username and password. This will enable us to log into your PC / Laptop and help solve your problem.
If you already have the remote support software installed on your computer please tell our representative your account number, username and password and we will then login to try and resolve your problem.
Once you are happy that your problems have been resolved we will disconnect from your PC / Laptop leaving you to enjoy your working computer.
