C-Sure services are governed by the following terms and conditions. We ask that you read this document carefully.
These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
C-Sure Agreement
By signing C-Sure’s consent form you are agreeing to a contract with us.
The terms below set out our obligations to you and details of the contract.
In bringing my personal computer for maintenance or repair to C-Sure I understand and agree to the following:
C-Sure does not accept responsibility for any damage to my computer's hardware or peripheral devices.
C-Sure does not accept responsibility for backing up any data or installed software applications that may be on my computer's hard drive.
I am responsible for making sure that any critical data is backed up before bringing my computer to C-Sure and for providing copies of any licensed software if necessary.
When I pick up my computer, I will make sure that I also pick up all peripheral devices and media, and I will not hold C-Sure
responsible for the subsequent loss of any items that I may leave behind.
C-Sure technicians will work on my computer to the best of their abilities; however C-Sure does not guarantee that its technicians will be able to solve the problem or problems that my computer is experiencing. Should C-Sure need to add new hardware to my computer this is at a cost to me and not C-Sure.
Repair Process
Before we carry out any service work you will required to provide us with a completed consent form (signed and dated).
C-Sure Ltd’s technicians will carry out the work requested on your personal computer as stated on your consent form. Should problems not stated on the consent form be identified during a repair by us we will notify you and discuss further charges that may be incurred (such as replacement hardware). We cannot install any software that has not been brought to us, we can install software if licence keys are provided without disks.
C-Sure Ltd aim to have your personal computer returned or ready for collection within 48 hours (may be delays if new hardware is required).
What C-Sure Ltd. needs to complete your repair/service.
- For laptops / Desktop PC’s please bring any software disks with you that you will require to be reinstalled.
- For laptops please bring your charger
- For Desktop PC repairs we do not need your monitor, keyboard or mouse.
We cannot undertake any repairs on any computers which do not have the necessary licences (such as Microsoft licences). Similarly, any software which is not genuine will not be installed on your machine.
Collect & Return Service
Our collect and return service is purely for the collection and return of your computer. It does not include any uninstalling or installation.
Fees and payments
We accept cash & our standing order form. Any refunds will be made within 31 days via cheque.
All prices and charges are in Sterling (UK Pounds and Pence).
Fixed Price Services
In respect of fixed price services such as a computer reload we operate on a no fix no fee basis ( excluding any call outs ) for any computer / laptop that cannot be repaired. If your computer or laptop requires new hardware you will be notified in advance and we will quote you a price for the necessary parts.
Monthly Contract Customers
For all monthly contracted customers, please check your package tariff before booking your personal computer in for repair to avoid any unexpected costs. If you have any queries or would like to check details of your current package please do not hesitate to call us on

All contracts are tied to the house or business that they are registered too. Any computer which is not registered with C-Sure or at the registered address may be subject to further charges.
Once you have signed up to the contract you cannot terminate it until the 12 month period is over or the account balance has been paid in full.
Failure to make payments may result in your account being suspended and further action being taken to recover the remaining balance.
Once your first payment has been made you will receive an email from us confirming your account is active and you may use the service.
